Core Return Policy

It is our goal to return the core deposit to every customer.  The only time core refunds are not able to be granted is when the part is visibly damaged, such as from an accident or incomplete.

Please visit out Core Return Policy page for more information.  Core refunds are credited once a week.  Please allow two weeks to receive your core refund from when we receive the core.  Cores are returned via ground shipping, so the return may take up to six days to get to us.  If you paid via credit card, we will credit your card.  If you paid via COD or other, we will mail you a check.

We make every effort to refund all good cores within two weeks of us receiving the core.

Please do not call or email us about core credits until 1) you have calculated the date when we should have received your core;  2) have waited at least two weeks after that date; and 3) have already checked your credit card statement or mail box for the refund.
